Train Hard - Stay Humble

I thought that this was a pretty inspiring vieo, even though I'm not a girl. I think it's awesome how more and more females are getting into parkour. At the SFPK Beginners' Class on Saturday, we had at least 6 women out of about 30 people.

They still do some good things.


I wish they actually taught for free.
