Train Hard - Stay Humble

Hey BApk.. Just got back from an awesome session at NWCrossfit in Seattle. Led by Rafe, an undoubtedly experienced and progression-minded traceur, we trained rail balances and precisions, rolls, and worked on flow through an obstacle course. We did some conditioning and weight training as well, working deadlifts, ring dips and muscle ups. I'm beat!

Best of all it was FREE (for first timers). A must attend for anyone in the area. Unfortunately I don't think I'll have time for a WAPK outdoor sesh while I'm here, but looking forward to training with Rafe again when he visits BApk later this month..

Can't wait to get up there myself... I'm seeing/hearing so many good things. Glad you're getting worked, and I hope you get a liiiittle time outside (they've really fun, beautiful areas)

Crossfit training plus Parkour equals super bad ass athletes.

Even if you think you're in shape, they will hand your ass back to you when they are done kicking it.
