dude, i just got my new k swiss's and F YA!

the other day me and some fellow traceurs were jam'n at EWU. i used to skate and so i now know that most good sk8 spots will also make good parkour spots. i also know the pain of parkour. i took my first fall the other day. advice from me, " if u try to vault a cement wall, make sure your legs clear it!" lol
