About Me:

I graduated from UCLA with my Bachelors in Psychobiology, and am currently working on my med school apps. Fitness has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I love to challenge and push myself in new directions and am always down to try something new and exciting. I believe in the power of the mind; that we have the ability to strive and thrive in anything we desire as long as we truly believe in it. No little voices in our head saying we can't do it, just focus and discipline. "I think I can" no little engine that could, "I know I can" is more like it.
