ALL minors participating to our sessions MUST have parents consent. We do not proactively check on that, because it would imply that whoever proposes ("organizes") and leads a training carries any liability, which is NOT the case.
Minors as young as 14 come spontaneously to our trainings; younger kids usually come with older siblings, or are dropped off by parents, which are invited to stay or even join-in (for sure for the extensive warm-up), if they want.
We have had kids as young as 9 years old training alongside their parents, which is an inspiring experience for all the participants. We give specific pointers and downgrade difficulties for them.
11 (depending on kid's athletic experience, if any, and ability to listen to never-seen-before coaches) is a good age to start playing a bit more seriously in a structured, yet spontaneous group like ours
If you didn't spot them, you may want to check this and this threads.
And clearly feel free to ask more specific questions... :)
