About Me:
I play football and run track at SRJC. Im new to California, so i'm looking to meet new people with similar interests. I grew up in New York. I wasn't a big guy growing up so I never came around to doing sports. I was full of energy and loved running, jumping, and climbing, so I looked up Parkour. It's something I want to continue doing, and I'm hoping to find some places to run and people to run with.

Lol. Well, if you learn parkour, then maybe you can use that to help you get around...lol. Yea, I think just about all the training sessions and jams are mostly around one area. I don't exaclty live that close to where most of them happen either, and I don't have much of a way to get around, so I understand where you're coming from there. I also know what it's like to not really know anyone who knows parkour or what parkour really is 'cause that's how it was for me before, but not now. Since I started attending the training sessions, I've meet lots of amazing people and still continue to meet more. I've even jammed with a few. I think you should try to find the closest training session to where you live, and try to attend it, even if it's just once a week. If you can't do that, then try to find people to train with in your area. Go to "Forum" and post something saying that you are looking for someone to train with in your area. Also, there may be people who are from around your area or another part who are willing to give you a ride either from around your area or a certain point to the sessions or jams, so just ask? As for persuing your career and dreams, I say try not to let anything stop you or get in your way. Good luck with your plan. :) Sorry, it took so long to reply, I've been pretty damn busy.
Lol...well, there is a lot to check out.... Wow, you're form New York?! That's clear across the country! You're pretty far from home then. It sounds like a good idea for a new start though. And it sounds like you got plan for your future. Looking for things to do? Well, there's parkour for one....lol. That's definitely something you can give a try if you haven't really gotten to do that yet. Have you gone to any of the parkour training sessions or trained with any friends or people yet?
