About Me:
I'm a few years not intimatley though into the parkour lifestyle, me and my friends have gone around my old town and just jumped from roof to roof it was a small town so there wasnt much to parkour on it was in a small town outside of Sedona, AZ but parkour will ALWAYS be my favorite sport for LIFE i love the adrenaline rush i get from running towards the ledge to go from roof to roof.. I know im not the best but im not the worst either. I can do what i put my mind to, i just remember not to think twice about a jump!!
Other Physical Disciplines:
I am a very fit person that like i said can handle my own, im no the strongest but most certainly no the weakest.

Welcome D'angelo!
Here's your starter package...
:)
If you want, add us on and on too.

Please note that at BApk we firmly discourage "roof-jumping", at any height, for the following reasons:
- it attracts negative publicity for the discipline, and has repercussions on accessibility of locations, and potentially on the way fellow practitioners get treated by authorities and property owners;

- it's unnecessary dangerous, potentially lethal, because of the heights factor involved.
All gap jumps should be trained at ground level, and the skills developed used at heights ONLY in case of emergency, and after carefully evaluating the potential cost/benefit balance;

- Parkour training, even if exciting at times, is not -by definition- a thrill-seeking activity.
