How did you find us?
Search engine, "I saw people jumping off crazy s#@t!"
Can you support the group with transportation? # of seats?
Don't live in the area, sorry. D: I should move.
About Me:
Senior in high school who's never really liked physical activities. Lack of moving around = me having way too much energy = bouncing around the school and house.
So, I searched for an activity I could do.
I thought that I wanted to dance (pop n' lockin'). No, I have no rhythm. Searching through dance moves brought me to a video of a free runner. And it was awesome. And here I am. :D

Welcome!
If you can't move right now (lol), can we interest you in a long week-end?
:)
Anyway has a brand new kid on the block, you may take an interest in our resources section, in particular to this guide, and maybe to the basic definition of pk itself (while often freerunning is used as an interchangeable term with parkour, the two terms have assumed with the practitioners a quite different meaning in the approach to one's training and mindset, suggesting we can refer to them as different branches of a similar physical activity...).
But, no worries!
Look for your local community, start training and have fun!
(if you want you can give also a shout to these gals, and sign up for updates from them...)
