Welcome to Bay Area Parkour!

 

Now that you've found us, there's a few things you have to know: Parkour is for everyone. It's not extreme, nor is it reckless. Instead, it is a discipline to be practiced carefully and safely.

 

It is a training method to strengthen mind and body alike, to teach your body to do things it couldn't before, to teach your mind to be open to the endless possibilities the world offers, and to work within a community which believes that, no matter what the obstacle, you can overcome it. We all suggest you to "jump right in". The best thing about Parkour is the way you feel when you practice, train, and learn.

 

Check out the event calendar to find people near you to train with, and take the time to go through our Starter Kit. We encourage you to look around and educate yourself, but feel free to ask questions, you'll find that we treat people on our website like we do in real life: keeping it real.
