Short and simple. I've been taking Muay Thai and Jiu jitsu for about 5 months now.
The bummer is, my gym only does sparring sessions twice a week. I see sparring
as the fundamental practice to becoming better at martial arts, and also a great way to condition cardio. If you are interested in sparring please reply to this thread. It'd be cool to organize something fun.
