Event Description
First girls oriented training of the year!
This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. Safety is paramount, so a positive example is set by the more experienced practitioners. We will warm up, stretch, and progress, and have fun!
Novices only, please... girls OR boys.
