Event Description

After three and a half years of Monthly Jams, regional jams, and special events, SFPK and Parkour Connections are STOKED for our biggest event ever. This will be the largest gathering of out-of-state traceurs and freerunners in California to date, and possibly the largest jam in California to date.

Here's the final schedule

Friday June 17 - Orientation
10AM - 9PM: Meet at The Parkour Loft, aka Albert & Justin's place.
1066 47th Ave, Oakland, CA 94601
Call Albert (775) 557-8168 or Brett (707) 623 2812 to be let in.

Once people are situated, we'll send out small groups of people, via BART to different locations: UCB, downtown SF, wherever else you want to take folks! We need locals to serve as guides for these small jams. You'll need to show up at the location that day.

Saturday June 18
10AM: Meetup Stonestown Galleria, SF
Meet in the parking lot at 19th and Buckingham, San Francisco CA, 94132

1PM - 3PM: Lunch break

2PM - 6PM: The Bunkers
The Bunkers, aka Battery Godfrey
Dove Loop, San Francisco, California 94129
* The 28 MUNI busline: Golden Gate Br Tunnel/Merchant Rd stop

7PM – Midnight: BBQ & DIY Carnival at CrossFit Marin
412 Tamal Plaza in Corte Madera, CA 94925
It's your job to make this BBQ & DIY Carnival awesome. We need you to make it memorable. Teach your friends how to use a bo staff, or juggle, or ride unicorns, whatevs. Feel free to crash at CrossFit Marin that night, providing space is available.

Sunday June 19

Would be great to see you there Giorgio!  If not this weekend, let's train together soon!  I have lots of free time this summer, I'll try to hit up one of the weekly Sunday sessions soon!  That hour+ drive is a killer, but now that school's out, I'm game!

Hi Ceci, Friday is a free day to wander. The jams are not being officially organized by SFpk/PKC. Just highly encouraged. John (Adhesive) is leading a jam at USF, there will probably a few other spots and... wherever you start one! Do you a location to suggest?

I've looked at the itinerary, but I'd like to know if there are any definite locations where people will be on Friday... I have to leave on Saturday and I dont have time to go to Oakland and back, but I really want to be there for at least a little while.

Unfortunately the whole week-end is kind of ruined for me, being alone in town with paternal commitments. I may be able to make it to CFM at night, if the sitter is available.

I'm really excited for this.  It will be the culmination of years of work and dreaming.  I hope to see as many of you there as possible.  Like Ryan said, please help however you can.

There will be people from all over coming out for this.  I was training at UCLA with a bunch of people Saturday and they couldn't stop talking about it.

I'm honored I got to be a part of planning something like this.

Love you all and hope to see you there.

Still need some volunteers for group leaders, carpools between locations, and people to help build and run the ninja warrior event at the party.

Email me aero@parkourconnections.com if you can help with any of those even just a little bit.
