Femme Parkour Session IV

A training session by and for girls interested in parkour. This is a chance for the female parkour community to meet up and train in a focused and supportive way. Newbies and old pros alike are welcome. So is feedback, special requests, and whatever you have to bring to the table.

Meet by the rope jungle gym at the upper level play structure (Darien Way & San Fernando Way)

General itinerary:
- Light warm-up
- QM
- Skill work (rolls, traverses, and blind catleaps)
- Conditioning
- Cool down
- Crepes


There's plenty of parking at this great location and the bus/street car stops right in front.

Next session will return to MLK Jr High in Berkeley on April 21st.
