Event Description
A training session by and for girls interested in parkour. This is a chance for the female parkour community to meet up and train in a focused and supportive way. Newbies and old pros alike are welcome. So is feedback, special requests, and whatever you have to bring to the table.
Meet at the top of the amphitheater (where Grant St. dead-ends).
Possible itinerary:
- Light warm-up
- Skill work: plyo-jumps (strides and stringing precisions), reverses
- Conditioning
- Cool down

These sessions meet the second and third Saturday of the month. With trip to San Francisco every other month.
