This will be a class-ish type of training, not a jam - until the end.
Hey FIRST-TIMERS!-- We're going to get back to the basics and learn parkour right (immediately and correctly) from the beginning! Plan on coming to stretch, jog to warm up, do some solid conditioning exercises, learn new skills, practice progression, and connect everything to make a nice line. And creativity will be piqued!
This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. We're going to hold fast to the beginner mentality today!
EXPERIENCED TRACEURS are welcomed too. Let us pick your brain. practice your bad/off side; stop being asymmetrical!
Let's have some fun, meet us out there!
