Event Description

Tuesdays at 9am we're going to meet at Richmond Playground, which is located on 18th ave, between Lake St. and California St. then we're going to run to another place, this run will count as our warm up. The place where we're going to run to is called Mountain Lake park, there will do some drills on vaults, rolls, and cat leaps.

All levels welcome, but this training is mainly focused on beginners.
