I like to give different exercises that lead to efficient movement depending on where your personal conditioning is at.

This is exactly how Kaos will demonstrate and instruct during a regular Sunday training for beginners...

In particular, the location depicted in this video is GWHS, where the majority of the Sunday training are held, and have been started a year and a half ago...

Not only Kaos explains techniques using progression methods: most of the beginners learn how to demoonstrate them in the same fashion...

So: yeah...

...required pre-requisite for next week GWHS training session.
'Cause we are gonna be working up exactly to that...
(...so nobody can say: "I didn't know that we had to learn this"... lol!)

Jokes aside: most GWHS old timer do this, or have seen this done...
I learned it exactly watching this clip almost a year ago, thus, I'd love to help, if anybody wants me to...
