The view from Crossfit Marin last night:
Weather was wonderful, folks were great, had a blast! To those who came out to train, jam, help out, and hang out - thank you, thank you for being the amazing people you are! I'm so grateful for how chill and supportive traceurs are. Travel safe, keep training, we'll see you real soon!
Keep us updated as photos and vids get posted. And please, please send feedback! What did you like? What did you hate? How can we do better next time? info@parkourconnections.com
After hosting 60+ people for ~3hrs at Sloat on Saturday with no problems whatsoever, I'm convinced this is a viable spot again. Of course everyone stayed off the roofs and was very respectful of the environment. This classic location is great for all levels and I am definitely planning on training there again soon.
Thanks once more to the organizers of this event. It was very nice to see familiar faces, meet new folks, watch some incredible and inspiring movements, and get some solid training in of my own.
