well, i'm thinking it is the synthetic material type of shirt that helps keep you dry when you sweat. It looks like a thermal, wich is desighned to keep you warm/ heat insilated (just in case you didnt know what a thermal was), but hey, thats the only type of "body armor" i know.

...I wish the quality would be a bit better (=P), but I don't see him touching with his feet.

I think he overshot the jump in these terms:
- too much vertical "pop" for the height
- hands placement way too "short"
- take off way too "close"
He basically propels his lower extremities over his center of gravity as soon as his feet leave ground.
Then he resists the involuntary induced forward rotation over the c.o.g., lands off balance on his four and rolls nicely...

Solution: with the same forward momentum (run) jump off at least 3' before, diving horizontally not vertically...

i think either he clipped his foot, lost confidence, tried to land on the table, or he just probably lost his footing

It could be also interesting understanding why he "botched"... any idea?

Really nice roll to recover though. Must be those 'natural armor' Kirill(I think) was talking about.
