Train Hard - Stay Humble

"This video was created using a single take from a single attempt. The original run was approximately nine minutes long and was filmed using a GoPro HD headcam."

"I've been training since around 2002, 2003, was one of the first in the US (although I'm nowhere near the best). I'm mostly well known for being a mod on 3Run back in the early days, and for some vids I made after trips to Europe. In 2008, I fell about 3.5 meters and destroyed both my feet, and after that I got depressed and took down my vids and accounts. But I'm trying to rejoin everyone now."

Duncan is back, we didn't see him in a while...

i would expect that someone who likes parkour would be depressed after breaking his feet.

Thank you for sharing the video and your experiences. It is very inspiring. At CrossFit Marin we've often showed "GO" to the kids to teach and motivate them. We wish you the best of health in your recovery!

Amazing and inspirational video. It's great to see you back on your feet again.....and in Lisse, even! Fluid movement and great music in the video, and I hope you come back to California again sometime.
