I got home alright - they lost my luggage for a day but no big deal.
Trained Monday night with my brother. Turns out the brick wall at the front our house I thought would be awesome is in fact ... unstable.
We have some gym equipment at home so did some boxing and free weights as part of the session.
Alternated stair box jumps (big stairs, 3 up, 3 down) with 20 push ups with little break.
It's very different training in the heat.
Haven't done any actual parkour since I got back. I have stayed in 4 different houses in 4 nights though. Hectic, feels like I'm still traveling.
