So I'm not much for parkour videos these days, but last spring I gathered a bunch of folks (including our very own Chris/Kaos and Lindsay) and made one that I hope carries more meaning than your usual running around because to me, parkour is nothing but a bunch of hackneyed street gymnastics without a mindful approach that carries into other parts of life.
