I have received two (anonymous/open-source?) new submissions for a different graphic, which I'm posting below, and that I personally like.
I put them up for everybody's view, while we are deciding on "official" shirts that are probably going to be blue (not dark blue, more in the range of the site background... cyan, or so...) and have community name/URL/motto on it:
