Event Description

Parkour has come to be not only an art form, but also a lifestyle. One that represents hard work, kinship, focus and philosophy. Silent sessions aim to draw out the spiritual side of Parkour, that is, training alongside fellow tracuers, but communicating through the language of movement, and only the language of movement. The silence represents Parkour, which represents discipline and focus. With an atmosphere of professionalism, we hope for you to experience a different side of Parkour, where fears are silenced and obstacles are conquered.

"Quiet the mind, let the body speak."

Training Location...
I have been to this location a few times, it has good stuff and is a tight knit space. As with any location, this one allows for great creativity and enhancing your "parkour vision".

...usually people that haven't been practicing in a while need more focus, concentration and less chit-chat.
There's usually a lot of looking, experimenting and realigning going on.
As far as i understood this session fits the bill...

Not if you have a million questions that you'd like to have verbally answered.
;)

Would this be a bad session to attend if I haven't come in a while?

...if anything goes wrong Douglas playground is a short walk away, and should be more quite even if maybe more limited...

I'm familiar with this playground.. Private security is on patrol here and I've seen skateboarders harassed on several occasions, hopefully we'll be ok. It can get pretty cold here too btw
