Event Description

Parkour has come to be not only an art form, but also a lifestyle. One that represents hard work, kinship, focus and philosophy. Silent sessions aim to draw out the spiritual side of Parkour, that is, training alongside fellow tracuers, but communicating through the language of movement, and only the language of movement. The silence represents Parkour, which represents discipline and focus. With an atmosphere of professionalism, we hope for you to experience a different side of Parkour, where fears are silenced and obstacles are conquered.

"Quiet the mind, let the body speak."

Training Location...
I have been to this location a few times, it has good stuff and is a tight knit space. As with any location, this one allows for great creativity and enhancing your "parkour vision".

Friday PM seems to be a good day to host 'after work' (Happy Hour) sessions... silent or not... :)
Location seems to be more flexible than date/time.

SOTA is interesting, not that it is that close (is it?); and how about security there?
How about Douglass PG? (provided there's anything at all...)

If I were to host the silent session on another day, when would most people be free?

That rock climbing was a great warm up. Keep it up :)

I'll be getting to S-side with Jodie, driving from West past 4:30; I can haul up peeps from there to C-park, or pick up at Glen Park station after that, or when I'm getting there...
2 spots available, but lemme know!

(Glen Park Station is less than a mile to Sunnyside and about a mile -through Glenn Park Canyon- to C-park, but I recommend a map...)

Hey, I can come if I get a ride.
Can someone lend a ride at the Glen Park BART station?
Shouldn't be a far drive at all.

Give me a call at 678-523-6223 if you can grab me.

Is anyone driving to Sunnyside? I'm at 18th/Castro, looks difficult to get to. Thinking I'll catch the 24 bus down Castro to Clipper then run from there.

...more 4:30ish, but I may.
From there it's a 10minutes drive to Christopher, up Teresita to Portola.
