Next Session is on 10/9/2011

I will be hosting a weekly session at San Mateo high school every Sunday from4-8pm. We will meet up at the blue rails and do a warm up. After the warm up we will train by the rails while we wait for any stragglers. People of all skill levels are welcome to join us.

Comment by Keenan "Nomad" Manely on September 30, 2011 at 3:55pm: We should change it up each week alternate between San Mateo, Carlmont and Aragon. I've been doing Sunday sessions mostly at Carlmont recently. The weekend is our best time to train at schools. Also so everyone know Quinn Sommer hosts sessions at CSM on Tuesday and Thursday. Plus we've been holding last minute conditioning around San Mateo County Monday, Wednesday, Friday. after 5pm. If your looking to train during the week, come check out all the stuff that's happening around the peninsula.
