...somebody said that the very essence of parkour is the preservation or the effective redirection of forward momentum.
Others say "move as if you'd be chasing or escaping something or somebody in an emergency".
In any way you put it Naim nailed it again.
This followed Parkour Literally 1, and
Tomber or not tomber.
