Yesterday I attended my first BAPK jam with Fyrel and Dogwithrabiez. They were both extremely friendly and patient with my lesser degree of skill, and really weren't afraid to point out my errors and help me improve.
We started out with a bit of chatting, and moved on to vaults, then went to wall runs, balance, and flow. We wrapped up with some really intense QM training and did a short run. What's amazing is that I was really pushed my limits in each of these techniques, and drastically improved in each one.
Today, I'm sore in just about every muscle group, and can barely move without feeling discomfort, but it was DEFINITELY worth it.
