Train Hard - Stay Humble

I... Am...So Pissed Off Right Now (Jumpers Knee!)

so I've diagnosed myself with Jumpers Knee. According to the internet its like a slight form of tendonitus you get on the bottom of your kneecap where your shin connects. I noticed an amount of pain in that area after i trained for a couple weeks and had forgot to ice it every night after training =(. Eventually the pain started firing up without me training... NOT GOOD. So I've decided not to train until the West Coast Jam on May 23, that will be my first day back =). In the mean time i intend on doing what the internet tells me lol... taking it easy and icing the area every night.

Has anyone else heard or had this condition before? If not, just remember to be really careful with your knees and listen to your body, if your knees say stop...THEN STOP

aah..... those massages.... i would definitely check it out.. I mean Jason healed my ankle in about 30 seconds...

I've had this - I did had some sports massage done to me, which fixed me right up. Literally, I was running the next day, and jumping at the next Sunday session - but it was expensive at $100 a pop.

how about seeing a physician? or your local medicine man or witch doctor, the internet often lies.
