Train Hard - Stay Humble

..I'll start with one, and write it down to remind myself of it (and invite everybody else to do the same with their PK -or not- related resolutions...), I may add to the list, at some point:

- BE POSITIVE!
The glass IS half-full !!!
It's going to take me some effort, but, also thanks to pk and the community I belong to, I should be able to make it...
:)

p.s.: my life-long resolution is: Get it done!...
I consider myself halfway from the goal...
It HAS been good, so far.

My resolution was to focus, pay attention, and remember things.

But I come up with ideas for improvement all year long. The one on my mind currently is for me to listen to what I am saying to myself, and combat my negativity. SO if I hear "I'm not good enough, I am the same as everyone else, unspecial, not worth anyones time, ect ect so forth," I turn it off, counter it with positive logic, and try to think about something else.

Definitely a good thing to do if I want to get good at parkour, cause I tend to think I can't do it, even when I can.

Be aware of happiness.
Sometimes it can be all around us and we may not know it, we may not see it. Sometimes focusing on the final destination impedes the ability to notice the beauty around you. So on your journey, whatever t may be, appreciate every step, be in the present as well as looking into the future.

No Excuses.
You can get your homework done ahead of time, feel tired? Exercise helps, a lot. Excuses keep us from becoming our full potential. No more excuses, if you have something you want to do, do it.

Develope Independence in Parkour
To be able to self analyze, train alone, and progress effieciently in solitude.

These are mine. Great thread by the way :)
