Event Description
This Sunday we will be training at Carlmont High School we will meet in the grass field by the 8ft lache bars.
We will do a warm up by the grass field followed by a game of parkour follow the leader around the campus. At the end of the session we will do some conditioning.
People of all skill levels are welcome to join us.
