On Saturday December 12, 2009 from 1-2:30pm we are hosting a Free open gym jam at my school. The holiday's are coming up and we thought that this would be a fun time to meet others who train that same and similar arts in the bay! So if you are in the neighborhood or want to come to the neighborhood please come by! Just visit www.GuardianArt.org and see our holiday special open gym page and download the waiver from there!

Full gym, good times! Sorry I had to bail so fast at the end there, but I had to get back to work. Thanks for letting us abuse your equipment for the afternoon. It was great to move again. :)

me and a training buddy might stop by to check out this place a little early. Gonna try to head out early to make it back to the BAPK Party in SF.
