Meet at Concrete Circle near Softball field. Free parking on parking lot at the corner of Walnut and Alameda Ave.
Sorry for being a pain in the butt. We are changing our start time back to 6 because the sun does down way too early. However, the concrete circle is still well lit by the lights.
(09/6/13) After a discussion with several regulars, we will be treating this session as a supplemental training session to the Sunday session. What does that mean?
Each session will be used to work or concentrate on certain movements that were used or will be used on Sunday. For instance, a location such as Laney College uses the Underbar, Turn Vault and Safety. Those will be the concentration of the session.
Also, the session will involve more drilling and repetitive movements to develop familiarity with the techniques. The idea is that after practicing on Tuesday, you'll feel more confident to use some of these techniques in a different environment.
Beginners are still welcomed to come and learn, even if you can not make the Sunday sessions!
