I have been sort of randomly practicing anything to help me in parkour, acrobatic things mostly, and I have noticed my wrists are tiring out way to fast, any sort of hand plants or practicing aerials (by using one hand as I am not good enough yet :P) are just really slowing me down. I should note that I am in quite good shape, and actual strength I doubt is a factor, but such simple things are really impairing me, I'm 19, what the hell? Any sort of conditioning tips?
And secondly, I am having some trouble with landing and rolling, any tips?
