"This video provides an insight into some of the parkour training which we have been up to over the past few months. Filmed between December 2010, and April 2011, it features a number of the regular Manchester traceurs. The intention with this video, is to give a more realistic overview of real parkour training, and to highlight the fact that parkour should be open to everyone."
