And on that note, how long have you been training, dude? Are you sure you should be taking drops from that height already?

hahaha, I think I get what happened. But correct me if I'm wrong, kingtheking. Sure his kong looked beautiful as he cleared the bar, but that's when he looked down and freaked. Instead of holding his form and extending the legs to land, he kind of flipped out midair and flailed. To me it didn't look like he was prepared for what he was getting into and just spazzed.

(I did much the same thing when I was first learning kong precisions, and it would cause me to crane step the obstacle I was trying to land on. Kong precisions are great because they make you learn to hold your form for longer distances. I think it would greatly aid you for this obstacle.)

hmmm...
I'm trying to find out that happened wrong.
he didn't clip the rail.....

maybe he was going @ a weird angle, that's why he opened up.
i guess when you fall, you just gotta get back up.

but he could've helped if he turned and landed on his back than front. i guess it's more intel for next time.

ow, that didn't look comfortable. Is this you or one of your friends?

...don't get it.
His hands are fine, and he clears the bar by about 6"...
Unless he pulled an hamstring, why would he open up like that mid-air?
(Unless he meant to show off some sort of split, in which case I would refrain to comment...)

But, all-in-all, from how he landed, he bailed in an emergency roll all right...

The most amazing thing about this clip is that it was sent from your phone!
=D
