Yeah, that was pretty good training. I never do feel satisfied though, I may perhaps trains some more on my own. Thanks for the help on the kong to cat there.

It's definitely worth taking. Very effective and efficient ;). I hope you're not afraid of pain, the workouts can be brutal.

Thanks man! I note that you're into TKD...do you still practice? How long have you been training? I'm a WTF first dan, and have been practicing with the Cal club. I spent 5 years training at a wtf school in MD, then 4 years at an itf school in DE. The Cal group has some great talent, and I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to train.
