Train Hard - Stay Humble

i practiced by myself today, amazingly had a bit of focus too, but i had a goal, and that was the double kong. i picked a small obstacle, so small you can just step over it (bottom part of a slide), but since it was so low i started (tried to start) low to begin with (not hard with my height). i regular konged it, hand-walk konged, then step double konged (??). tried to keep getting my ass higher and higher each time.

anyway, here's the progression of it: clicky

i also tried the traceureuse's point of view getting on the roof. i stopped shortly after getting up there-- you'll thank me for not repeating an encore of the blair witch project. it was eerie up there alone, not because it was dangerous or anything, but how would i explain being up there?... or is it harder to explain a group of people running the roofs?

ehmm... I didn't get the sound either, before.
Am I mistaken or the few lyrics should be PG -at least -14?...Lol!
Any way, kind of interesting: who's that?

ok now that I've viewed the embedded version...those opening sequences seemed sooo smooth...the perfect adaptation of your height to the the surrounding obstacles! That bit on the ropes was very creative as well. It was a little weird watching a jodie vid with no music : )
