About Me:: things i love:
words (reading, writing, crossword puzzles...), music (singing, listening...), movement (dancing, parkour!, hiking, climbing...), talking & listening & using my brain (philosophy, spirituality, science, language, history & culture, politics, food...), and oh goodness - food! (cooking, eating, feeding people, learning...), learning new things, making people laugh... wilderness!!!!!

things i dislike:
forced inactivity due to injury, ginger, lying, awkward silences, cream sauces, small talk, prejudice, bad wine, passive-aggressive waffling, changing the cat litter, deliberate ignorance, lapsang souchong tea, boring food, starbuck's coffee...

Other Physical Disciplines:: dance! other than that i have approximately zero discipline. *laugh* just a lot of dabbling & playing around.

BUt I woke up this morning and wanted to go running, and jumping, and soaring and using every happily sore muscle. I've noticed that the more I use the sore muscles, the less sore they are, but some of those muscles are ones I don't generally use.
