Hi, I'm new to this...so any advice or any form of help is appreciated please!!! I was impressed with Parkour when I saw The Great Challenge but at that time didn't fully go into it in details. So I'm new to parkour...but I have yet to master the basics...I can do things like flips, aerials, sorta cork screw, I can do most vaults but I am having trouble with the kong...I also can't do rolls, cartwheels, or handstands...I've only been training for a month...got any tips? Also if there are any girls or guys in the 707 area to train with let me know.

Hi! I'm 16, saw a couple of awesome videos (and play Mirrors Edge a lot...) and am now really motivated to start Parkour.<br />

Problem being, I'm not anywhere near SF, and I don't know of any groups around where I am. Are there any step by step instructions or reliable videos that can be recommended for beginners like me? Or, is there too much risk of me hurting myself by not finding a group to learn with?<br />
