Hey everyone! My name is Erik and i'm really new to Parkour, but i'm very determined to get started in this! I'm 16 as of December 2nd and I live in Venuta County (Westlake). If anyone has some advice for beginners or reccomendations on where to start, please don't hesitate to tell me!
