With our daily lives being so busy, with our jobs, school life, families, and responsibilities it's hard to find time to condition for parkour. Instead we should try and condition unconditionally.
Walk into your room -do 10 push ups at the doorway
Brush your teeth -do calf raises until you finish
Lay on the couch -do 25 crunches
Go to your next class -take an alternate route and use parkour or jog
Sit at your desk -do 25 squats before your sit down
Go to the bathroom -do 3-5 divebomber pushups (before or after you take care of business)
Try to record a total of each exercise you do each day and post it on your "about me" section or here so everytime you go on your page or this page you are reminded to make and break your previous records.
Any other suggestions for unconditional conditioning?
