Event Description

Parkour has come to be not only an art form, but also a lifestyle. One that represents hard work, kinship, focus and philosophy. Silent sessions aim to draw out the spiritual side of Parkour, that is, training alongside fellow tracuers, but communicating through the language of movement, and only the language of movement. The silence represents Parkour, which represents discipline and focus. With an atmosphere of professionalism, we hope for you to experience a different side of Parkour, where fears are silenced and obstacles are conquered.

"Quiet the mind, let the body speak."

Training Location...
I have been to this location a few times, it has good stuff and is a tight knit space. As with any location, this one allows for great creativity and enhancing your "parkour vision".

Yeah, doing it after training, like putting it to use, or as a reward if (parkour isn't rewarding enough already).

Let's make sure we divide clearly the silent part of the sesh from the games...
The two things can go hand-in-hand, but are different, IMO.

Who wants to play tag, or capture the flag at the end of the session? Put the parkour training to a fun game :D

Or All in Tag: Starts of with only one chaser, but from there on each person caught also becomes a catcher and helps to catch the others.

Alright, staying after school for a couple hours so I won't need a ride. So I'll definitely make this one. That and AP exams are over on Wednesday.

I'm not sure if I'll make it, dad's been giving me rides everywhere from Sunday training, to Saturday at a friend's house, to Wednesday acrosports, and he has to pick up my brother and my cousin from school and drop him off for swimming today. Which means I won't have a ride and be there nearly on time. Next time when I don't have AP exams I'll stay after school so I can make it without a ride.
