Mid-day Mondays

So the weekend has ended, you've still got energy to spare, and you're having trouble getting back to the daily grind. What better way to shake it up than Parkour!

That's right, Parkour! The thing you were doing just yesterday. The thing you almost forgot about as you pretend to look busy by staring at a blank spreadsheet. The one thing that gets you through the week can now get you through the day!

So if you have a case of the Mondays, come out and hit the grass, caress the cement and strangle them railings.

4 to 6 pm in the Southbay. MONDAY!

This week we'll be meeting at Fair Oaks park. It's an interesting park with obstacles as varied as it's patrons. good for beginners and intermediates. please be respectful to the children and vagabonds alike.
