Indoor Jam

Bay Island Gymnastics will stay open late for parkour open gym on Friday nights.

For only $15 you'll get over 90 minutes of playing around in an enormous gymnastics gym boasting the Bay Area's largest foam pit, a trampoline track and padded blocks to build your own obstacle course! 

Come in for a night of indoor fun! Test your limits in a safe environment. Regular BApk outdoor sessions coaches and organizers may be there.

Repeated Fridays at 7:00PM unless the gym is closed for the holidays.

Great location and fun company yesterday night!

Thanks to Megan and Will for hosting us.

I'll be OOT next session, but aside the specific gym-training, this could become a nice, affordable fall back solution for the rainy months...
