Let's all lean back and throw our legs forward. Wednesday is all about the hips, That's right it's Dash day. We'll be working on arms and core by practicing "Dash Movements" Basically any movement where we lean back in order to get our hips over an obstacle. It is intended for both beginner and intermediate traceurs. This is an opportunity for beginners to learn many new movements and for more advanced practitioners to condition their movements for more diverse situations.
This is a recurring event. We are always doing Dash days on Wednesday unless otherwise specified. It is usually at Ryan park but check in each week in case it changes.
Borel Middle School in San Mateo. Summer's coming so we're gonna be training by the water. This is a cool school on a hill with a lot of rails strengthen technique and work on flow. You can park anywhere on Barneson. We'll meet by the gym at the corner of Barneson and Rhus
