APEX NorCal Grand Opening

APEX Movement NorCal proudly brings to you the announcement of our GRAND OPENING!! This will be a 3 day EXTRAVAGANZA!!!! 

Starting Friday March 22nd at 6:00pm with a FREE open gym. Haven't been here before? Been here so often you have a hard time leaving? Doesn't matter. Come one and all to play around and check out our sweet set-up. 

Saturday morning will be normal class schedule. Then Saturday 2-6pm, we will be joined by some of APEX's best for a Jam. Wanna see some of the best traceurs in the country hit this spot for the first time? So do I! Be there. Partake in some parkour related challenges for a chance to win SWEET prizes. $20 for the 4 hours.

Sunday morning will start off with a FREE agility class. Be ready to sprint and move. This will be followed by a seminar from 12-2pm by the dynamic duo of Ryan Ford and Amos Rendao, owners of APEX Denver and Boulder. Come prepared to have knowledge bombs dropped all over this place. Then stay for 2 more hours of open gym. $20 covers it all.
