I might be there. I don't get off work until 12:30, so I wouldn't be able to get there until 1 or 1:30. Depends on how tired I am.

I like the idea of a continued run through obstacles. It's fun being able to do a trick I've never done before, but building stamina and being able to run and improvising in the moment is just as much a part of parkour as the individual moves are. And it's that improv I know I need to learn.

As our familarity and exporation of GWHS grows, the next thing I want to work on is a bit like interval training (though maybe with less structure and more downtime than regular interval training), ie keep running for a set period of time instead of just over/under/through a single obstacle or series of obstacles. See what kind of moves come naturally when flowing over stuff instead of tricking over an obstacle.
