Event Description

After three and a half years of Monthly Jams, regional jams, and special events, SFPK and Parkour Connections are STOKED for our biggest event ever. This will be the largest gathering of out-of-state traceurs and freerunners in California to date, and possibly the largest jam in California to date.

Here's the final schedule

Friday June 17 - Orientation
10AM - 9PM: Meet at The Parkour Loft, aka Albert & Justin's place.
1066 47th Ave, Oakland, CA 94601
Call Albert (775) 557-8168 or Brett (707) 623 2812 to be let in.

Once people are situated, we'll send out small groups of people, via BART to different locations: UCB, downtown SF, wherever else you want to take folks! We need locals to serve as guides for these small jams. You'll need to show up at the location that day.

1PM - 3PM: Lunch break

* The 28 MUNI busline: Golden Gate Br Tunnel/Merchant Rd stop

7PM – Midnight: BBQ & DIY Carnival at CrossFit Marin

It's your job to make this BBQ & DIY Carnival awesome. We need you to make it memorable. Teach your friends how to use a bo staff, or juggle, or ride unicorns, whatevs. Feel free to crash at CrossFit Marin that night, providing space is available.

The view from Crossfit Marin last night:

Weather was wonderful, folks were great, had a blast! To those who came out to train, jam, help out, and hang out - thank you, thank you for being the amazing people you are! I'm so grateful for how chill and supportive traceurs are. Travel safe, keep training, we'll see you real soon!

Keep us updated as photos and vids get posted. And please, please send feedback! What did you like? What did you hate? How can we do better next time? info@parkourconnections.com

After hosting 60+ people for ~3hrs at Sloat on Saturday with no problems whatsoever, I'm convinced this is a viable spot again. Of course everyone stayed off the roofs and was very respectful of the environment. This classic location is great for all levels and I am definitely planning on training there again soon.

Thanks once more to the organizers of this event. It was very nice to see familiar faces, meet new folks, watch some incredible and inspiring movements, and get some solid training in of my own.
