Event Description

This is the weekly jam/training session at UC-Berkeley.

Meeting time has been moved back to 6:30pm from the previously regular time of 6pm to allow for people to get there after work.

We'll meet at the grassy area on the north side of Bancroft Library (up the stairs from Doe), warm up, possibly do some light conditioning, then have open jamming for another 2 hours or so.

We will have some directed exercises with emphasis on building a solid foundation for safe and progressive learning. This is recommended for all skill levels but especially important for novices and those new to physical training.

This happens EVERY WEEK!
